Licorice come into rescue with 3 other cats from Goddard vet hospital. A member of the public took her there as a stray. She was clearly loved at some point as she is the sweetest girl. She absolutely loves dreamies and adores a lap to lay on. She spends long periods laying on her fosters lap having cuddles. Neck scratches are the way to her heart and you know when you hit the right spot. She is a gentle loving girl who would love a home where she can have someone home for most of the day. She has been spayed and microchipped we will be getting her vaccine in a few days and she will be ready to be rehomed. If you feel like you could offer her a home you can apply on this page. 

Mia-REHOMED

7 years

Mia was brought into us by a lovely person who found her with her kittens. Sadly the freezing temperatures meant that her all her kittens but one (Tia) passed before she was rescued. She has clearly been loved, her sweet, calm and affectionate nature is evidence of that. When Mia went into the vets it became evident she had quite severe dental decay and needed dental surgery. She was booked in after being spayed and had 6 teeth removed. 

she is now in great health and other than needing to be vaccinated she is ready for applications and to be rehomed. 

Mia would be suited to a home with Adults, children over 8 years of age, as well as other cats. She cannot live with a dog.

Ziggy

age 2-3 years

Ziggy come to us we believe abandoned. He was found with another cat who sadly passed away before we was able to help. Ziggy was completely shut down and didn't want to know people at all. You could see the hurt in his eyes when he looked at you, but at the same time he was so happy to be inside with a warm cat bed. Over a period of time Ziggy come out of his shell and realised he was safe. He has become one of the most affectionate loving cats we have had. He is the definition of a lap cat wanting to sit on your lap and your chest having cuddles sleeping on your pillow he just loves love. The one thing he loves more though is treats, he will take them from your hand so gently but would do almost anything for a dreamie. He is just such a great boy. 

He come to us smothered in fleas, full of worms and was treated for both. We got him castrated as soon as we could.  Other than getting his vaccine when he is ready Ziggy is ready to be start receiving applications. He had no reaction to dogs although we would only rehome with a dog who is very used to cats and can read their behaviour it is an option. He can be rehomed with other cats and we think he would prefer a household with other cats as he was seen mingling with other cats who live where he was found and with older children age 12+

SYLVESTER-RESERVED

Sylvester is a very special boy as he was born in the rescue. Sylvester was rehomed as a kitten and lived very happily with his new owners until their daughter developed a severe allergy and had to be hospitalised and so Sylvester found himself right back at the rescue he was born at. He is a very shy boy and takes a while to warm up to strangers but once he knows you he is the most affectionate boy. He is a year old and has just been castrated. Sylvester will have his vaccine in a week and then will be ready to be adopted. ideally he will need a home with no small children only teenagers or adult only home. he has shown some aggression towards other cats and has not been tested around dogs so we believe him being the only pet would be amazing for him. Sylvester is a massive boy weighing a whopping 5.5kg but he is a gentle giant and is easily spooked. 

Sylvester needs a calm patient person who will give him the time he needs to settle in and learn to love them. if you feel like you could offer Sylvester a home apply bellow.

Taylor

3 years old 
Taylor is an absolutely stunning boy who come to us after being found as a stray and taken to Goddard vets. Soon inspection they found he had a broken tail and he had to have it amputated. He is super loving and it doesn't stop him being a normal cat, however as much as Taylor has recovered well we feel that an inside home would be best for him as a cat uses their tail to balance he may find outside life quite difficult. Taylor is an absolute joy to be around and with his loud purr and his love of affection he is going to make the most amazing pet for someone. He is such a gentle boy and seemed to be okay with a small dog he has met since being in rescue. He is excelling in his foster home so far and will be available for adoption in the next 2 weeks hopefully. He would suit a home with small cat savvy dogs other cats and children of secondary school age and up. 

Taylor will be rehomed castrated, microchipped, fully vet checked, flea and wormed with his first vaccination. 

Luna-RESERVED

Luna come into rescue after her owner has been forced to moved into a flat. Luna is an outdoor cat and being confined to being an inside cat was something that really stressed her out. Her owner contacted us and asked if we could take her on and rehome her. Luna is already microchipped vaccinated neutered and is ready to go to her new home. Luna lived with a dog and other cats and is tolerant of children as long as they understand her boundaries so for this reason we feel like a home with children over 10 years would best suit her. Access to outside is a must.

Daphne

Daphne is such a sweetheart seeking out attention and affection but she can be a shy girl and doesn't like too much noise. Daphne come into us from Goddard vets as a stray who was found with a swollen front leg after being trapped for a couple of days. She was treated by the vets before she was then taken into rescue by us and will now be looking for her forever home. She has shown to be confident around secondary school aged children but more nervous around younger children and so a home with children 12 and up or no children would be preferred. She can live with other cats but not with dogs. She has such a gentle heart and wants to love and be loved so desperately. 

She has been spayed, microchipped, vet checked, flead and wormed and is due to be vaccinated. She would be a great addition to the right home. Can you offer Daphne the home she so desperately deserves?
